Real integration and automation projects — the problem we started with, how we solved it, the architecture we built, and the measurable results delivered.
Deep dives into complex integrations we've built and the business impact they delivered
Multiple stores across Shopify and Amazon, books in QuickBooks, in-store sales through Lightspeed POS. Orders, inventory and financials lived in separate silos. Staff re-keyed sales into accounting, stock counts drifted between channels, and reconciling Amazon settlements took days each month.
We built an API integration layer connecting Shopify, QuickBooks, Lightspeed POS and Amazon SP-API across all stores. Orders flow into one place, inventory syncs in real time, and sales post to QuickBooks automatically — including Amazon settlements mapped to the right accounts.
Teams manually moved data between systems of record and storefronts — exporting from a database, re-importing into the store, then repeating to keep both sides current. Slow, error-prone, and never truly in sync.
We built dedicated two-way automations so each source system and storefront stay continuously in sync with no manual export/import. Each pipeline is monitored, handles exceptions, and runs on schedule or on change.
Operations in the oil & gas space needed software built around their specific workflows — something off-the-shelf tools couldn't handle without heavy compromise or expensive customization.
We designed and delivered custom software tailored to the client's processes, built for reliability and backed by long-term support. The engagement sits alongside our custom software work for clients such as Techhindustan.
